February revolution actually started for food shortages in Russia by Russian women and later became man dominated movement. this resulted in overthrow of monarchy or tsarism in Russia. Alexander kerensky of menshievik party become pm of Russia after revolution. October revolution was started by Vladimir Lenin of Bolshevik party to overthrow the existing govt. as they accepted to continue their involvement in wwi. after October revolution, Russia become USSR under socialist Lenin rule
