according to this rule if u lift ur left thumb up perpendicular in the direction of current carrying wire the fingers curled around will give the direction of field

The direction of induced current in the conductor is given by flemings right hand thumb rule.
It states that if we stretched our forefinger, thumb and middle finger mutually perpendicular to each other of a right hand, the forefinger directs the direction of magnetic field, the thumb directs the movement of conductor then the direction of middle finger will give the direction of induced current.
This rule is used in the generators.
