ch3cooh is weak acid because it is partially ionised.

1) Acetic acid is a weak acid.

The strength of an acid refers to its ability or tendency to lose a proton (H+). A strong acid is one that completely ionizes or dissociates in a solution ,provided there is sufficient solvent.
In contrast, a weak acid only partially dissociates.

2) propene contains double bond i.e is saturated. thus, undergoes addition reaction.

3) due to  inlets , oxygen supply comes and gas burns with blue flame. but if inlets are not provided, then no oxygen will be there and will produce a sooty flame
