Answer:

Explanation:

The passengers fall backwards because of law of inertia. ( first law of motion)

Law of inertia states that an object remains in a state of rest or of uniform motion in a straight path unless forced to change that state by an applied force.

so, the passengers are in rest when train moves suddenly then the state of rest break by applied force.

I hope it helps :)

LAW OF INERTIA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLCASES

Answer:

a) it is due to inertia of rest. when the train moves the body seems to be still on rest so the compartment moves but the man still remains on rest and tends to fall backwards.

b) it is due the force exibited by the door inertia of motion

c) it is because of inertia of rest the branch of tree moves but fruit still stays on rest so due the force exibited by the moment of rest the fruit falls.

d) it is because of moment of inertia of motion when the man gets down the bus his body still remains on motion so to stop this the man even runs afters getting down and slowly slows down

e)it is also because of inertia of rest the carpet when beaten moves but dust particles remain on their position so the dust comes out when carpet moves up or down.

f)it because of momentum as we run we gain more momentum and we can can jump even higher due to force increased on ground by us due to more momentum.

thank you
