Stress and communication:
- Stress is a feeling of responsive or physical strain. It can come from any occasion or thought that makes you feel irritated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a test or demand. In short bursts, stress can be optimistic, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a goal.
- Communication is the act of transmission meanings from one entity or group to another through the use of equally understood signs, symbols, and semiotic rules.

Stress is the reaction of the body to any change requiring an adaptation or response. With physical, mental and emotional responses, the body responds to these changes. Stress is a part of life that is natural. You may have stress from your environment, body and thinking
Communication is the transmitting meaning by using mutually recognized signs, symbols and semi-oriented rules from one person or group to another.
Explanation:
- Stress is a natural feeling of being unable to cope with specific events and demands . But if a person takes no action to control it, stress may become a chronic disorder. These demands stem from financial pressures, relationships, work, and other situations; however, anything which poses a perceived or real threat or challenge to an individual’s well-being can result in stress. Stress may be a catalyst, and also a survival requirement. The combat/fight system of the body tells people how and when to respond to risks/hazards. But if the body is too easily stimulated by too much tension at a time, the mental and physical health of a person can be compromised and harmful.
- Communication is simply the transmission of information from person, place, or group to another place. At least a message, one sender, and receiver is included in every communication. This may sound simple, but communication is actually a very complex subject Which may sound straightforward, but communication is still a complex subject. A wide range of factors can affect the transmission of the message from sender to recipient. Our feelings, the cultural environment, the contact media and even our position are included. The difficulty is why employers worldwide find good communication skills to be so desirable: precise, efficient and unambiguous communication is in fact extremely difficult.
