1). DVD(Digital Versatile (Video) Disk):
It is a disk used to store large amount of data.
advantage: sound and picture quality is excellent
disadvantage : they can only be written to once and data cannot be changed.
2). Monitor Resolution :
It is the parameter that defines the possible sharpness or clarity of a video image. It is defined as the number of pixels that makes up an image.
3). Non impact printers :
It create an image on the print medium without the use of force.
Advantage: much quieter than impact printers as they don't strike the paper. They don't touch the paper while creating an image.
4). Graphical Accelerators : it is a accelerator chip, that has built in video functions used in video cards.
5). Scan code : It is used to take a piece of information from transitory media.
6). SCSI(Small Computer System Interface):
It is a port or rather an I/O bus that is used to interfacing many devices like disk drivers, printers, etc to computer. It interfaces provide data transmission rates up to 80 MB per second.
Advantage: a single SCSI controller can communicate simultaneously with up to seven 16 bit SCSI devices or 15 wide or ultra- wide devices.
