Tooth decay is caused because of microbes feeding on food particles. These microbes make your mouth acidic so the enamel of your teeth breaks down.

Hyper acidity is caused because of increased hydrochloric acid . So to reduse the acidity of the stomach we need to neutralise the acid using a base. Such as magnesium hydroxide

Hydronium ions are those ions which show acidic behaviour they are formed in the presence of water

Neutralisation reaction is a reaction between a acid and a base thus forming water and a corresponding salt.
