Guys I am really very confused. This picture is from NCERT class 11th Bio. It says that the white kernel of coconut is actually the seed of it. But in class 12th bio 2nd lesson I had learnt that the white kernel is the cellular endosperm and the watery part is free nuclear endosperm. So is it endosperm or Seed??​

it is endosperm because every plants and trees have seeds but we cannot eat these seeds .so white kernel of coconut is endosperm.
