On immersing the brown coloured iron nails in blue coloured copper sulphate solution, the displacement of copper by iron takes place and colour changes to light green.

Therefore the correct answer is copper, light green

Hope it helps you:)

ANSWER

CuSO4 is a blue colour solution. When iron nails kept in copper sulphate solution there is a reaction between them as As Iron is more reactive than Copper it can replace Copper from CuSO4 as

Fe+CuSO4→FeSO4+Cu

So, the blue colour solution changes to green
