explain the following process/events.
1. Put two to three iron nails in the blue solution of copper sulphate and after 15 to 20
minutes the colour of the solution turns green.​

that's because copper being more reactive displaces fe ions from the nails which get into the solution and form feSo4 which is green in colour

ANSWER

CuSO4 is a blue colour solution. When iron nails kept in copper sulphate solution there is a reaction between them as As Iron is more reactive than Copper it can replace Copper from CuSO4 as

Fe+CuSO4→FeSO4+Cu

So, the blue colour solution changes to green
