"Khudiram Bose was the first Indian to throw the bomb at British. Khudiram and his friend wanted to throw bomb on Kingsford and hence they waited outside European Club at Muzaffarpur for him to come out.

As the horse carriage drew out, he threw the bomb. The coach was destroyed killing guests of Kingsford and he survived.

Khudiram was later arrested and hanged to death for killing women and children.
