1.When a car is running with 37km/hr..suddenly he see a clean road..he accelerates and his car speed goes to 75km/hr.So it is positive

2.He then goes to crowded place so he applied brakes in car so his speed retarded from 75km/hr to 30km/hr.So it is negative acceleration

3.He then again see a clean road but this time he goes with same speed of 50km/hr to two hours.so there was no acceleration so it has zero acceleration or you can say that he was running the car with uniform velocity

Helo mate here your ans

Positive acceleration= A bus or car moving with increasing speed has positive acceleration. We can say that it is accelerating with the direction of travel.Negative acceleration=In the above example, if we apply the break, the speed of the car decreases. Then it has negative acceleration.Zero acceleration means constant velocity. What ever velocity you have at the start of a specified time period will be your velocity for that whole period if you have zero acceleration. If your initial velocity is zero at zero acceleration, then your velocity will stay zero.
