Explanation:

the main site for urine formation is kidney which plays a main part in excretory system. nephron a tubular structure inside kidney helps in the filteration of blood.the deoxygenated blood is brought into glomerulus in Bowman's capsule by renal vein. the blood get filterated in glomerulus (a large amount of blood capillaries) into glomerular filterate which contains glucose , amino acid , urea , uric acid and large amounts of water (180 litres). the pure blood is carried back into the body by renal artery .the essential materials like glucose , amino acid and large amounts of water is reabsorbed inside the nephron. the balance filterate containing urea , uric acid and water is called urine. it passes into collecting tube where they reach urinary bladder ( a sack made of muscles , it's both voluntary and non voluntary ) through ureters ( a pair of tube that carries urine to urinary bladder). after urinary bladder is filled completely , it contracts and the urine is urinated through urethra out of the body.
