The functions of Management accounting are:-

  • Forecasting and Planning: It forecasts and plans the short-term and the long-term planning.
  • Organizing: It helps in the organization of both the human and nonhuman resources of an organization.
  • Coordination: It facilitates coordination by providing various tools.
  • Financial analysis and interpretation: It provides the reports with comments and suggestions in regards to the financial affairs of the organization.
