To achieve a success, we have to:-
• AIM- Have a fixed aim and work for it
• CONCENTRATION- Avoid all the type of disturbances (eg. gadgets, social networking sites, etc) and concentrate.
• MAKE A RIGHT CHOICE- Choose the right path for reaching your aim.
• TAKING HELP- Take suggestions from your parents and teachers and listen to them. Spend much time with your parents and teachers. They are the best guides for you as they are experienced. Remember, if you hate/ avoid them, you will surely fail one fine day.
• TIMETABLE- Make a timetable and follow it (This is the toughest thing. Make sure that you follow your timetable. Make it accordingly to your convenience. Like if you want to spend more time with your friends, then keep playing time as 2 hours and spend 3-4 times more time for studies).
• SACRIFICE- Remember, No pain No gain. To achieve your goal, you need to sacrifice some things. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your sleep, your happiness, your hobbies, etc. So, you have to get ready from now to face difficulties.
•TIME MANAGEMENT- This is somewhat related to following the timetable. Make sure that you don't wate your time on unnecessary things.
•HEALTH & HYGIENE- This includes everything from brushing your teeth till maintaining health. You need to play outside atleat for an hour. Also, you need to sleep for 8 hours minimum. Exercise, play, do maximum in minimum time to maintain your physical and mental hygiene.
•TRYING YOUR LUCK- Everything doesn't depends on hardwork, everytime. Sometimes, luck matters. It is like 90% HardWork and 10% luck. So, don't forget to pray to your parents and the god.
•PRACTICE- Remember, 'Practice makes a man perfect'. You need to keep on revise your lessons. Make sure you even make your own questions. Practice doesn't mean only learning. You should even have writing practice. Make sure that your handwriting is neat and legible, i.e., readable.

• Actually you need not sacrifice your favourite things. Lets say, you like watching movies and you are having a continuous time table, i.e., no rest in middle. Then lets say, in your timetable, homework time is for 2 hours. So, complete it in 1 hour and enjoy another hour.

You have to make a timetable and only and only concentrate on whatever you do. Your a, your goal have to be fixed. I think you might be take help from your parents, teachers and also your seniors they will guide you very well.
You have to choice the right one which is most necessary work. You have to manage your time with other things, also you have to sacrifice some thing like which is more and more important for you, but you have to sacrifice it only for your aim.
Also your work be in practice, after all there is a need of practice in every field. You also have to take care of your health which is most important for you.
