glycolysis occurs in the cytoplasm of a plant cell. it is the first stage of aerobic respiration of a plant..
by the action of enzyme hexokinase, glucose receives a phosphate from ATP and converte into glucose 6 phosphate.
in presence of enzyme phosphoglucoisomerase phosphate glucose 6 phosphate is converted into Fructose 6 phosphate.

by the action of enzyme phosphofructokinase glucose 6 phosphate received a phosphate from ATP and converted into Fructose 1-6 biphosphate.

by the action of enzyme aldolase fructose 1,6 biphosphate breaks down into 3 phosphoglyceraldehyde and dihydroxyacetone phosphate. by action of phosphotriose isomerase enzyme dihydroxyacetone phosphate can be converted into 3 phosphoglyceraldehyde and vice versa.

by the action of enzyme phosphoglycerol dehydrogenase, NAD and organic inorganic phosphate 3 phosphoglyceraldehyde converted to 1,3 biphosphoglyceric acid.

due to action of enzyme phosphoglyceric acid kinase 1,3 biphosphoglyceric acid converts into 3 phosphoglyceric acid here ATP is formed from ADP.

by the action of enzyme phosphoglycero mutase, 3-phosphoglyceric acid converts into 2-phosphoglyceric acid.

by the action of enzyme enolase 2- phosphoglyceric acid converts into 2- phosphoenolpyruvate acid.here one molecule of water is released.

by action of the enzyme pyruvic acid kinase 2- phosphoenolpyruvic acid convert into pyruvic acid. here one molecule of ATP is formed from ADP and inorganic phosphate.

in the glycolysis from one molecule of glucose for molecules of ATP of which two molecules are utilised at first and third steps and 2 molecules NADH2 is produced.

Explanation:

Glycolysis is the first step of cellular respiration.

•It takes place in cytoplasm of the cell.

•It is common for both aerobic and anaerobic respiration.

•It is the in which a molecule of glucose is oxidized into two molecules of each i.e. pyruvic acid, ATP, NADH2 and water are formed

•In this process a molecule of glucose is oxidized step by step in this process and two molecules of each i.e., pyruvic acid, ATP (adenosine triphosphate), NADH2 (Nicotinamide Adenine dinucleotide) and water are formed.
