LIBERALS
1)Liberals wanted a nation which would tolerate all religions.
2)They opposed the power of dynastic rulers.
3)They wanted elected parliamentary government with representatives.
4)They demanded well trained judiciary which would work independently;free of the governmental control.
5)But they were not democrats as they did not believe in universal adult franchise.They did not want the non propertied section to have the right to vote.Neither did they want the women to have the right to vote.
RADICALS
1)They wanted a government based on country's majority population.
2)They supported women suffragette movements(demanding for right to vote).
3)They opposed the privileges of land and factory owners.
4)Although they were not against private property ,they disliked concentration of property in few hands.
CONSERVATIVES
1)They were opposed to radicals as well as liberals.
2)They disliked the idea of change.
3)By 19th century they accepted that some change was inevitable(means cannot be prevented or escaped).
4)But they wanted that the past should be respected and change had to be brought by slow process.
