• Evaluation is the the process where the management team gather and analyse the data about their particular sector ,in order to get a brief idea about the circumstances happening in their sector.

• Now to complete the management jobs we need the data about the circumstances of a sector in order to take necessary actions for the management. Now,this data is obtained from the above mentioned evaluation process.
