The organisms reproduce to produce young ones like them. It helps to carry on their generation. If reproductiondoes not take place, no living being will survive on the earth. Had the process of reproduction not been there then all the plants and animals would have become extinct.

Hey Mate

Reproduction is the process of producing young ones of their own kind. Different animals have different types of reproduction. It is mainly asexual and sexual reproduction.

=>Reproduction is important as it ensures the continuity of generations. It helps in the continuation of that particular species. It is essential for the survival of the species.

β€’It is necessary because we know that all organisms are mortal or will die one day. So in order to ensure the continuation of the species, reproduction is necessary.
