The  Right to Constitutional Remedies is considered to be the most important fundamental  right because it ensures the protection of our fundamental  rights. It helps the citizens in moving court in case of violation of their fundamental  rights.

Article 32 and 226 explains the constitutional remedies guaranteed by the Supreme court and High court, respectively.

Explanation:

Ambedkar quoted the Article 32 as “soul of the Constitution and the very heart of it”. There are five writs mention in the constitution such as Habeas corpus, Mandamus, Certiorari, Prohibition and Quo warranto. Without Article 32, all the fundamental rights become nullity. It borrowed from British law where they called as prerogative writs which means fountain of justice. Article 226 had more wider powers than the Article 32, former power is discretionary and latter has the mandatory.
