Explanation:

  • In sports, balance, stability and concentration is one of the key to success. The concept balance also means to say that when are out of focus while playing any sports, we tend to be capable to come back to the proper original position without losing control.
  • There are two types of balance in sports:

1) Dynamic

2) static

1) Dynamic balancing helps in maintaining the equilibrium when we tend to move.

2) Static balance helps in maintaining the equilibrium of the body when we are not moving. For instance, stationary position.

  • For having stability there is various exercises to be followed. They few of them are as follows:
  • Advanced bridge balance
  • Back crunch
  • Planks

Now, the equilibrium of stability follows few basic principles. They are:

1) we have to tend to broaden the base for having good stability.

2) For higher stability, we utilize the center of gravity in lower stage.

3) The weight of the body will always be equal to the stability involved.
