Explain the inadequancy of ampere circuital law.

according to Amperes circuital law." the line integral of magnetic field around any closed path or circuit is equal to mu zero times the total current threading to the circuit.
when this law was applied to an electric circuit containing a capacitor the law appeared to be inconsistent.In order to overcome this inconsistency the concept of Displacement current was given.
to understand the inconsistency of Amperes circuital law,consider two surfaces S and S' are held in such a way that the conduction current I threads the surface S only and the surface S' passes through the space b/w the two plates of the capacitor. then applying Amperes circuital law on surface S and S'...(see above on image )
we found right hand is same but left hand side is different. hence this shows the indequencey of Amperes circuital law.
