according to the judicial system:
1)all courts follow the same set of rules and regulations.
2)supreme Court is at the Apex and it not only controls but also ,supervises all the functioning of all other courts.
3)cases can be moved from lower courts to higher courts and finally to the supreme Court by way of appeal.
