Explain the jurisdiction of Supreme Court.

There are 3 types of jurisdiction namely:- original, appelate and advisiory jurisdiction

Original jurisdiction:- it is the power to ear the case for the first time, if the hearing of the lower courts were not satisfied.

Appellate jurisdiction:- it is the power of reviewing it own decision, amend and overrule tbe decision.

Advisory jurisdiction:- it is the special power to the supreme court to advice the President of India under the article 143 under the India constitution.

Supreme Court has jurisdiction over the entire territorial boundary of the country. Any decision given by the Supreme Court is applicable to the whole or part of the entire nation.
