In this Mrs. Pearce hears Eliza use a questionable word which she is sure was picked up Higgins. She corrects Higgins for using improper language and asks her that it is not allowed to use such words and when he is asked to do so he justifies this by by saying that it's just a alliteration or just a mere case of repetition.
