Kosovo was the province of Yugoslavia. It was a region of ethnic Albanian it became a centre of conflicts due to various reasons like:i) The series (communist of Kosovo) were in majority and wanted to dominate the country. They thought that ethnic minority like Albanian should either leave the country or accept the dominance of the Serbs.ii) Thus, the conflict was on the issue of dominance between Serbs and Albanian started.iii) The brutal Massacre took place under the leadership of Serb leader Mosaic in which 1000 Albanians were killed.iv) Finally, several other countries intervened to stop this Massacre Milosevic lost power and was tried by the International court of justice for crimes against humanity.
