the major factors are -------------
i. The rulers of the MUGHAL EMPIRE ,after Aurangzeb Alamgir were not so able rulers. they lesser men than their illustrious ancestors.
II. The invasions of foreigners who broke the back of MUGHAL were olso a major factor to decline of the MUGHAL EMPIRE.
III. Again many groups of nobles wanted to separate out from MUGHAL rule and to their own independent states.
iv. Again the arrival of British was olso a reason to the MUGHAL EMPiRE.
