After the defeat of napolean the major powers ie. Prussia Austria and Russia signed up Treaty of Viena. The main aim of this was to undo all the changes made by napoleonic regime.
Major features are-
1>In France Bourbon empire was set back into power.
2>In the Boundaries of the France many states were added to prevent its spreading.
3>They didnt undone everything. They thought that modern administration system was better to control its subjects.
