Put these atoms in order from most positive overall charge to least positive overall charge.

Atom R: 26 protons, 24 electrons

Atom B: 24 protons, 19 electrons

Atom A: 14 protons, 16 electrons

Atom P: 8 protons, 11 electrons

Protons and electrons have same amount of charge but protons are positive whereas electrons are negative.

Now, lets assume charge of a proton is 'p'

that makes charge of an electron '-p'

Atom R: Net charge = (26 x p) + {24 x (-p)} = 2p

Atom B: Net charge = (24 x p) + {19 x (-p)} = 5p

Atom A: Net charge = (14 x p) + {16 x (-p)} = -2p

Atom P: Net charge = (8 x p) + {11 x (-p)} = -3p

Therefore, according to its positive charge,

Atom B > Atom R > Atom A > Atom P.
