Prime minister is the real head of the democracy in India and he is the leader of the nation.
He is the ex-officio chairman of planning commission(niti ayog).
He is the leader of the cabinet and the Lok Sabha,and he has the power to select and dismiss ministers from cabinet.
He can allocate portfolios to ministers.
As the head of cabinet and Lok Sabha,all government policies are annouced by Him on the floor of the Lok Sabha.
