there are two sources in modern history of India are primary and secondary sources

Primary sources- These sources are organic materials which provide first hand information.Example- Monuments, coins, inscription etc are some examples of modern history but they all are examples of all history of India but in this period some examples are also add they are - documents, books, accounts , literature, etc.

Secondary sources- These sources are based on primary sources.Example of secondary sources are scholars books etc.
