Hey mate here is your answer
Conventional Sources of Energy. Conventional sources of energy are the natural energy resources which are regularly used for many years and are accepted as fuel to produce heat, light, food and electricity. The energy sources include firewood, fossil fuels, cow dung cake etc.. Non-conventional energy or Renewable energy is generally defined as energy that comes from resources which are naturally replenished on a human timescale such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves and geothermal heat. ... The non-conventional sources of energy are abundant in nature. These are renewable resources.
Hope this answer will help you!!
