it means-
1)evryone above 18 years has the right to choose their representatives and vote for them
2)choices for parties must be offered at regular intervals to the voters
3)the candidate elected by the people,if in right means should get elected
4)no unfair means like forcing the voters to change their party or use of any criminal powers.
