Trade enquiry: The request to the supplier by the intending buyer for the supply of certain necessary information, such as the price and other terms and conditions, in a written document.

Import License: The document that is authorized by the national government allows the import of goods into its territory. They are considered as the NTBs or NTMs.

Shipment of advice: It is a note or letter to the buyer about the progress of the shipment and this can be tracked easily with this document.
