A house can be a house of anybody but a home is somewhere that you feel comfort in and is yours.
So basically the thing that strikes my mind for the answer of this is that
:It means that a house can be any persons house,it is not special to you as it is not yours and there are millions of houses but a home is yours and is special to you and it is where you feel comfort in and there is only one home unlike millions of houses and it also contains your family(it all mainly depends on the person).
