The process of making blood cells is called hematopoiesis.

blood contains mixture of of RBCs WBCS platelets and plasma

  • RBC are formed in in bone marrow
  • most white blood cells, and platelets are produced in the bone marrow, the soft fatty tissue inside bone cavities.
  • plasma mainly contain protein salts minerals nutrients and water
