soaps are the potassium or sodium long chain fatty acids example sodium stertate ...when soaps contains coo group and hydrocarbons...here coo group as polar heads and hydrocarbon has polar tail the coo group polar head remains contact with water whereas polar tail hydrocarbons remains back and due critical temperature and Kraft temperature the polar head are in outside leading to in cricle form..... hope
