Here Is Your Ans ⤵

-----

There are 4 phases of mitosis

➡Interphase- No visible change in chromosomes but actively synthesis of dna

➡Prophase- Chromosomes become distinct Spindle fibres appears between daughter centrioles

➡Metaphase- Each chromosome gets attached to spindle by its centromere

➡Anaphase- Centromere attaching the two chromatids divides

Metaphase :

》Metaphase is marked by the event of disintegration of nuclear envelope.

》This is the best stage to study about the morphology of chromosomes since the chromosomes are thickest and shortest in this phase.

》The chromosomes align at the equator by the process of congression.

》The plane where they align is known as metaphasic plate.

》The spindle fibres attaches to the kinetochores.

Anaphase :

》The centromeres in this phase gets separated and moves towarda the pole.

》It is the best stage to study yhe shape of chromosomes like V, L, J, I shapes.
