Muscle that enable the fish to move are found on either side of the backbone. These muscle contract on one side and expand on the other. this move the body from side to side, in a zigzag pattern. Aaj Tak tail fin of the fish move along with the body in a zigzag pattern, it push against the water. this force the fish body forward.
to help Movement in water fish have a streamlined shape round and in front narrow and the back. This reduce the water resistance and enable the fish to get along in the water.
