The pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, deltoid, and rotator cuff muscles connect to the humerus and move the arm. The muscles that move the forearm are located along the humerus, which include the triceps brachii, biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis.

Muscle of arms are made up of muscle bundles also called as fascicles. There are muscle fibres inside fascicles. And muscle divers are made up of many myofibrils.
This myofibrils are made up of alternative dark and light bands of proteins called actin and myosin. This muscle bundles are attached to the humerus bone with the help of tendon forming biceps and triceps which brings about contracting and relaxing movements in our forearms.
