nutrients needed for all this are:
1.proteins: This helps in repair and maintenance of body it also helps in our growth..It gets converted into simpler form in our body and so it helps us for the above thgs.. this r found in milk..
2.Carbohydrates: this helps us to make energy in our body if you don't take carbohydrate we won't get sufficient energy as this is converted into glucose and glucose is the best form of energy...U can get this in rice..
3.Vitamins and Minerals: this are in simpler form. this help us in our growth as they protect us from different diseases.. mostly they r in fruits..
4Fats: it also helps us to get energy as it is converted into fatty acids and fatty acids are also a form of glucose.. u can get this in sugar..
5. Roughage : fruits and vegetables have most of the roughage this help in provision of raw materials....
5.Ditery fibres: they don't get digested but help in growth..
