a. Survival
b. Growth
c. Profit

2. Social Objective - In this the firm also focus on the welfare on society. For eg.- Providing education facility too backward peoples, use pollution free techniques, etc.

3. Personal objective - In this the employee are well by there remuneration and also from the behavior of all the staff or manager.
