here's your answer!
_____________
_____

biomagnification is referred to as the multiplication of toxic matter as one moves across the food chain.

larger is the animal on the food chain the greater is the toxic concentration in it.

as you have asked in the question the particular example that we can give is:-

When earth worms who have eaten certain Fertilizer in the soil which are toxic the birds who will eat those at once we'll get affected at a large extent than those Earth worms.

as this concentration gets on increasing as one moves on the higher trophic levels,
the tertiary level consumer such as Eagle tigers lions etc..
get affected to a very large extent and hence why on the spot because the toxic level of concentration that they are taken inside them is very high which comes then to a really large extent.

Hope this helps you:)

the increase in the concentration of harmful Chemicals and fertilizers pesticides in the living organism at each trophic level through a food chain is known as Biological magnification .

which Chemicals are not divisible and get accumulated progressively at each trophic level maximum concentration of these Chemicals get accumulated to the last trophic level and as territory consumer occupy the last trophic level are affected badly compared to all others
