the phrase 'the bliss of solitude' in the context in which it has been used in the poem 'Daffodils' means complete happiness.
whenever the poet lies down on his couch in a pensive mood , the memory of the daffodils flashes in his mind and brings his happiness so that bliss of solitude take place.

Bliss of solitude means happiness of being alone .the poet wants to tell that in solitude we feel pleasant and we forget our sadness or loneliness.It is ofcource that in solitude our mind captures the pleasant moment.
