Flatfoot is the pathological condition in a human body where the arch of foot becomes flattened and the whole foot touches the ground. Arch of foot is given to support weight, and its absence can cause the orthopaedic problems.
Normal physical exercises like rolling the foot on tennis balls applying slight pressure, rotating the foot around ankle, trying to stand on the toes, calf raising, chair stretches, towel rolling, etc can help to reduce the extent of the damage. But, Surgery would be a final solution.
