No doubt that dieting is very good for health. It helps body to maintain properly. But everything has its boon and bain. Dieting that severely restrict the intake of calories my results in starving. It may slow down the metabolism of the body. In spite of having weight loss a person can face large amount of loss of glycogen, water, mineral and essential protein from the body. Not only this, cutting of carbohydrates from food is also very bad because from carbohydrate we get energy. There is high amount of carbohydrates in vegetables and dairy fruits. But these days in weight loss process some trainers dnt allow to take dairy products which is actually not good. Skipping meals to loose weight is again a very bad affect on health.
