At the end of first world war Germany was defeated. He was found guilty of the war and had to sign the Treaty of Versailes , which made her economy totally destroyed , since she had to pay 32 billions as repentance for the damage caused. The treaty forced Germany to disarm, make substantial territorial concessions, and pay reparations to certain countries that had formed the Entente powers. She also had to cease her merchant ships and coal mines to the victorious countries. She lost her superiority and Europe made her during her inferiority.
