Explain the position of the President of India and the Union Council of Ministers with respect to their powers

as far as I know the president is a nominal head of a country.its work is nothing except signing the bill passed by both the houses.and if not then he can put that bill with him till 14 to 15 days and then he has to sign that bill and that bill becomes a law.

about council of ministers I don't know much bro
