⭐ JUDICIARY ▶▶The judiciary is the system of courts that interprets and applies the law in the name of the state.

✨In many jurisdictions the judicial branch has the power to change laws through the process of judicial review.

✨The term "judiciary" is also used to refer collectively to the personnel, such as judges, magistrates and other adjudicators, who form the core of a judiciary .

✨Courts and judges make up the judicial branch of our government. There are three separate court levels in this branch, District Courts, Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. The Constitution created the Supreme Court and gave the power of establishing other courts to the Congress.
