In Belgium the problem of power sharing was solved through cooperation and in Sri Lanka the problem was solved through war.
After the problem that was created by the cultural diversities and regional differences in Belgium the leaders of that country realized that they need to amend some serious equality norms in the country.
The leaders of Belgium had made a constitution that consists of equal amount of ministers from both communities. They had given complete power to the state government through conforming that the state government is not the subordinates of central government. Apart from the above changes the leaders had formed another government in Brussels with equal amount of representatives.
In Sri Lanka, there was a complete different scenario. The majoritarian government has started war over the minority community and ended in disaster. Thousands of people were killed along with some war crimes on women and children.
